MFiber Production
Renew Biomass is an innovative company dedicated to rural America. In our current areas, we have worked with over 150 farmers to establish more than 8,000 acres of Miscanthus crop. You will find our independently owned and operated farms spread out over southwest Missouri and central Missouri. Headquartered in Aurora, Missouri, we also have a conversion facility in operation nearby and another slated in the coming years.
MFiber is processed from Miscanthus giganteus, a C-4 perennial crop grown in the Midwest. Our vertically integrated system allows us to work alongside our farmers from soil preparation and planting all the way through harvest and transportation. This enables us to produce a product packed full of integrity.
The wholesome fiber experts at MFiber are ready to talk to you about how our 83.5% dietary fiber ingredient can be integrated into your pet food diet. We are pleased to give the pet food industry a long-desired, cost effective alternative to cellulose and beet pulp.
Eco-friendly and Sustainable
At MFiber we are committed to being environmentally friendly. Our products are made with all-natural materials and light manufacturing methods that ensure both production and disposal have a minimal carbon footprint. In some applications, the carbon impact may even be negative.
Our Process
We have created a vertically integrated, renewable supply chain. This allows us to maintain a watchful eye over our product from start to finish so that we can deliver a consistent, high-quality product. We take pride in being a part of the process from planting in the fields to processing at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.
Our Capabilities
Here at MFiber we pride ourselves on constantly expanding our boundaries. Defining new processes, and expanding on current ones, allows us to continually create better products. Currently our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is capable of processing over 9 tons per hour while maintaining a high product consistency. While we are capable of serious production, quality and consistency are key. Our proprietary processes and systematic screening allow us to do so with an incredible amount of uniformity.
